Thanks to Jason (Crew Chief) and Mike (threeDdad) for an awesome show. Becca and I enjoyed our time even though she was having to watch shakespeare lectures the entire time. It was great to see everyone again! Many people could not make this show, but it was definitely still fun. The plus side to the low turnout was that it helped me get some metals in the customizing contest .

Well, I had to miss my first show since the club was founded yesterday. Disappointed I couldn't make it to the show, though I was able to attend Kdays so that helped with my Hot Wheels fix, and I guess the Hot Wheels God's took pity on me since I couldn't attend also. Found these over the last 24 Hours..

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience in Monroe today for Kday's.

Today, a Becca and I showed up at about 8:40 for the collectors event. There was already around 9 people there in addition to Becca and I so I was thinking that there was not going to be enough tickets to go around. Then about 4 more people came in after us. Lately I have been having trouble with the USPS & I don't know what to do. I have just moved down here to NC & purchased a few items off of the net - I only recieved 3 out of 5 items I purchased off of TTP. I even purchased some wheel donor cars off of a member on ChillisDiecastCorner & never recieved them. I'm not blaming him, he sent me the delivery confirmation # & the info was on the USPS website. I'm going to try this out. I'm doin a contest just for this site, ECHWC. Now I have made a custom 2 car set. 2 custom VW bug's fully customized inside and out.
Decal's from Flamingrahic.com/Wheels FRONT wheels are from 100% 50 buick wagon, REAR wheels from Muscle Machines/ And the inside is painted all up to look great.

I have a small pharmacy around the corner from me and I mean small. They get Hot Wheels about every 2-3 years and I check about 2 times a year. Today I decided to check and lo and behold they had thier shipment. They had the yellow clip strips to hang and checking them out I saw green. Pulled it off the strip and found a Super 37 Ford Woodie which I had been looking for for awhile since I had the reg. Shame I wont find another one there until 2011.
